This will be my second month in a row of planning out my reading list. The month of May went pretty well, so I am looking forward to what June has in store. Currently, I am balancing reading and networking on social media for this blog. It’s funny because I love reading, but I also love reading about what I want to read.
This month I am still working on developing dedicated reading time for myself. But since I am more engaged in and loving being a part of the Bookstagram and Book Twitter community, I may try to dedicate time to that as well to provide balance. Sometimes I will sit down to read and get distracted by the social media notifications, so we’ll that goes. 😁
How Did I Make This Month’s Reading List?
- Newly released Books: Instructions for Dancing by Nicola Yoon, Hurricane Summer by Asha Bromfield and possibly How the Word is Passed by Clint Smith
- Arcs that were published recently, but I am still currently reading: Everything You Wanted to Know bout Indians But Were Afraid to Ask by Anton Treuer
- Personal Interest: Counting Descent by Clint Smith and Nubia by L.L. McKinney
- Bookstagram Buzz: Legendborn Tracy Deonn (I’m hoping this lives up to the hype because this book is a whopper!)
